To be a Buffer means to stand in the gap, to be an ally, for a part of the community you are not a part of. We've done 'Buffer' products for the LGBTI community, for Daffodil day and more but we're coming back to the roots of the origins of the word when Professor Margaret Mutu told us we could be a 'buffer' to stand in the gap between Maori and the Government.
