Welcome to bhnshop.nz the official merch store for the BHN Podcast. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how we operate, what you can expect when shopping with us, and your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Who We Are
bhnshop.nz (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a New Zealand-based online store providing official merchandise for the BHN Podcast.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (where applicable).

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

If there’s an issue with your order (e.g. out-of-stock item or pricing error), we’ll contact you as soon as possible to resolve it.

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you tracking information (if available).
Please note: shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or factors outside our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
We follow New Zealand Consumer Law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
That means:

If a product is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, but contact us and we’ll do our best to help if possible.

All designs, logos, and images on this site are the property of BHN Podcast or are used with permission.
You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure a great shopping experience, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not responsible for:
